We want you to be confident when ordering equipment from Iron Fitness Supply. This policy explains cancellations, returns, faulty goods and refunds.
1. Cancelling an online order
If you are a UK consumer buying at a distance, you may generally cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within the following 14 days. Contact us through the Contact page with your order number before sending anything back.
2. Condition of returned products
Keep products safe and in their original condition while you decide whether to keep them. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce a refund where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. Equipment must be securely packaged for return.
3. Bulky or assembled equipment
Large, heavy or assembled equipment may require a coordinated collection. Return or collection charges may apply where you cancel for preference rather than because the product is faulty, and we will explain any charge before arranging the return.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and clear photographs where helpful. We will assess the issue and may offer repair, replacement, collection or a refund in line with your legal rights.
5. Exclusions
Cancellation rights may not apply to personalised goods or items made to your specification. Hygiene-sensitive goods may also be excluded once unsealed where the law permits. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
6. Refund timing
Once a return is approved, refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Where you cancel under the statutory distance-selling right, we refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider and carrier inspection.
