Carbon Claw Recoil Reaction Ball 8” Inc Straps

Description

Boxing Reflex Speed Ball – 8 Inch Genuine Leather

The Recoil RX-7 Series Reaction Ball size 8 inch diameter enables a more intermediate/ advanced level workout due to the slightly increased difficulty in hitting the reduced surface area on offer.

Improve your hand-eye coordination, reflexes, speed and movement with this 8-inch Boxing Reflex Speed Ball. Designed for intermediate to advanced boxing and fitness training, the smaller 8-inch diameter provides a reduced striking surface, increasing the challenge and helping you develop greater accuracy, timing and reaction speed.

For the most effective workout, position the ball with enough space around it to allow a full 360-degree movement area. This encourages dynamic footwork while helping to develop balance, coordination and movement skills alongside your boxing technique.

Made from genuine cowhide leather, the ball features a smooth, streamlined cylindrical design with consistent machine-stitched seams for reliable performance. The sewn-in Supa Safe rubber bladder is fitted with a butyl valve to help minimise air loss, although regular inflation checks are recommended to maintain optimum performance.

The rebound speed can be adjusted by changing the tension of the straps, allowing you to tailor the ball to your training level and preferred workout intensity.

An inflation needle is included and can be attached to a suitable hand pump. To protect the valve, lubricate the needle with water, saliva or a small amount of Vaseline before inserting it.
