Width Adjustable

Designed to safely accommodate both standard and Olympic barbells the holders have a max loadable weight of 220kg. 

Height adjustable
The squat rack is adjustable in height, which allows for multiple exercises such as squats, shoulder presses and shrugs. This also allows you to perform dips. You can combine the rack with a training bench, barbell and weight plates.
